Systems Biology Workshop 1

We are excited to announce the first ColoMARK Systems Biology Workshop, taking place on Friday, 21 February 2025, at 12:00 PM CET via Zoom. This event will provide insights into cutting-edge research in systems biology and its application to colorectal cancer.

Workshop Programme (Day 1)

Each session will last approximately 40-45 minutes, followed by 5-10 minutes for Q&A.

1. Aleksander Krstic (UCD): Introduction to the Systems Biology Institute (SBI) of UCD, followed by Multiomic profiling of early onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC)

2. Luis Fernando Iglesias Martinez (SBI/UCD): Interactome dynamics of RAF1-BRAF kinase monomers and dimers
